工作地點：?？凇⑷齺?、四川、樂山 您的工作內(nèi)容What you will do: 1.產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)量產(chǎn)前對其結(jié)構(gòu)、工藝、設(shè)計、品質(zhì)等可量產(chǎn)性進行評估； Evaluate the structure, process, design, quality and other mass production factors before the product is transferred to mass production. 2.產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)量產(chǎn)前與已量產(chǎn)項目轉(zhuǎn)廠前的裝機指導(dǎo)，SOP、工藝流程圖的制作和發(fā)布，確保新產(chǎn)品順利導(dǎo)入到量產(chǎn); Installation guidance before the product transfer to mass production and before the transfer of mass production projects; the production and release of SOP and process flow chart; to ensure the smooth introduction of new products into mass production. 3.量產(chǎn)前工裝夾具及測試夾具的評估與發(fā)布; Evaluation and release of tooling fixtures and test fixtures before mass production. 4.樣機試制，進行現(xiàn)場試驗并處理故障，提出產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)改進措施; Prototype trial production, on-site testing and troubleshooting, and propose product structure improvement measures. 5.對外包部分的供應(yīng)商進行評估和管理、技術(shù)對接與跟進管理； Evaluation and management, technical docking and follow-up management of outsourcing suppliers. 6.與代工廠討論新產(chǎn)品的進展，確認(rèn)試產(chǎn)交期，確保按時出貨。 Discuss the progress of the new product with the foundry, confirm the trial production lead time, and ensure timely shipment.
